Earnings push Salesforce shares higher

Shares of Salesforce.com are climbing in early trading, while new details surfaced on Apple’s next, smaller screen iPhone. Salesforce.com. HP Inc. Shares fell after the personal computer company posted a 12% decline in first quarter revenue. HP Inc. also reported earnings of 36 cents a share.

Best Buy. Shares of the electronics retailer are up after reporting a drop in fourth quarter revenue. Best Buy also warned revenues will continue to drop during the first half of the year. The company blames declining sales on TVs, computers and tablets.

Amazon. The tech giant’s film studios paid $15 million for the North American rights to Woody Allen’s next film, according to The Hollywood Reporter. The movie will star Steve Carell, Jesse Eisenberg, Blake Lively and Kristen Stewart.

Apple. The tech giant’s next iPhone — which will reportedly feature a 4-inch touchscreen — will include curved edges and a relocated power button, according to 9to5Mac. Apple is expected to reveal the device in March.
